Ladies Speak English is an online conversation community for adult women who already know some English and want a warm, regular place to use it.
Why we exist
Knowing English and feeling able to speak it are different things.
Many learners spend years studying grammar, reading, and listening, yet still freeze in a real conversation. The missing piece is often not another course. It is repeated experience of expressing an imperfect thought, being understood, and continuing.
We created the club around that experience: meaningful topics, clear guidance, and small groups where every person has room to speak. The aim is not flawless performance. It is a stronger, calmer relationship with your own voice in English.
Small by design
Most speaking happens in groups of three or four, so listening never replaces participation.
Kind, not corrective
Hosts guide the flow and protect the atmosphere. Mistakes are part of communication, not a reason to disappear.
Clear expectations
What the club is—and what it is not.
It is a hosted, 18+ online speaking community for women, designed mainly for B1–B2 learners.
It is not an accredited language school, exam provider, therapy service, or employment programme.
Your first attended event is free. No payment card is required, and a reservation only counts once you attend.
Safety matters. The community has published conduct and privacy rules, and members can report concerns.
